Waters Corporation is currently seeking a Sr. Director of Program Management.


* Defines and develops enterprise-wide IT project/program management practices, governance standards, processes and metrics.

* Define and champion agile frameworks for the enterprise.

* Ensures projects/programs are defined, tracked and communicated in a consistent and effective manner.

* Incorporates effective change and risk management controls.

* Partners with IT and business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities, to identify and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria (return on investment, productivity, compliance).

* Directs project/program managers with business case development. Responsible for ensuring all projects within IT portfolios/programs are delivered on time, within budget and to an agreed quality level.

* Partner with the leadership and business teams to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and lead rollout of the technology aspects.

* Influence all teams to look end-to-end at processes as issues are identified and being solution.

* Ensure architectural alignment on all technical solutions.

* Work with the team to define process standards and templates and provide all leadership and support to them to ensure successful rollout.

* Ensure feedback from retrospectives are acted on.

* Monitor progress using data to assess if positive results are being achieved.



* At least 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience.

* Experienced with instituting governance and agile development frameworks for an IT organization.

Education & Training:

* Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field with equivalent work experience.

* Project Management certification.

* Agile and scrum master training.
