Food Truck Cook / Server / Cashier

Are you a multi-skilled individual who can cook, drive, and perform customer service / cashiering duties? If so, apply today! We are seeking self-starters who enjoy working with people in a food & beverage capacity to staff our food truck. We are hiring for part-time & seasonal positions. Cooks / Servers / Cashiers are responsible for assisting with all aspects of food prep, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with established recipes. These individuals must maintain a clean and sanitary culinary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes. Further responsibilities include serving and cashiering duties & other duties as assigned by the food truck manager.


Must be able to stand for long periods of time, climb in & out of truck, bend, stretch, & lift for extended periods. Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs. Must have the flexibility to work weekends (including Sundays), evenings and holidays, as needed. Some previous guest service & culinary experience strongly preferred. Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid Utah Food Handler permit. Must have basic math skills & strong customer service skills. Must be a self-starter & have the ability to work both independently & with a team. Must have a current driver license & an acceptable MVR.
