We have a newly created position for a motivated Single Billing Office Customer Service Representative to join our fast paced corporate Single Billing Office department located in Newtown Square in the Ellis Preserve Corporate Center.

Hours: 9:30am -6:00pm, Monday -Friday

The SBO Customer Service Representative is responsible for the addressing customer-driven inquiries and the collection of patient balances in a timely and accurate manner. This position requires a strong knowledge of facility, professional, and homecare billing practices and workflows.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Licensures & Certifications:

  • Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)/American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM)
  • and/or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)/Healthcare Financial Management Association desirable.

Experience:

  • One to two years in customer service, healthcare billing experience and/or accounts receivable experience.
  • Experience with automated patient accounting systems preferred
  • Epic Resolute desirable.
  • Microsoft Office applications experience.
  • Knowledge of insurance contracts, billing regulations and medical terminology preferred.
  • Knowledge of HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10 and revenue codes preferred.
  • Good written/oral communications and problem solving skills required.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical and organizational skills required.
