What you do:

* Lead the strategic development and retail execution responsibilities for our Master Agents.

* Lead a team of Sales Sr. Account Managers in delivering standards, training, key business metrics and risk assessment tools.

* Partner with the sales executive team to define and implement strategies, standards and programs.

Responsibilities:

* Establish sales and retention objectives by account through forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume, churn, revenue and profit for existing and new products and services. Works with Sr. Director-Regional Sales to drive expansion strategy through assigned accounts.

* Maintains sales and commission volumes, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with channel supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces (competition/consumer) that shift budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

* Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company and its brands through proposals and presentations to key accounts.

* Recruiting, overseeing and managing a team of Sales Managers, and ensuring company objectives are achieved.

* Reviews and analyzes account behavioral metrics in order to mitigate fraud and institutes corrective adjustments as needed to improve any negative trends.

Required Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing

* 9-10 years of prior sales account management experience within the telecom industry, with 5 + years in a sales leadership role.

* Indirect Channel experience required.
