ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Responsible for the establishment and achievement of personal goals and objectives, including the generation of revenue and the maintenance of customer satisfaction

* Meet the varied and diverse financial needs of customers by informing them of other bank products and services such as investment options, financial and estate planning services

* Manage a portfolio of accounts; making decisions affecting account administration and issues which affect customer relations

* Provide service to and develop rapport with existing customers and prospects to retain and expand existing relationships and foster new ones

* Administer current private banking accounts and generate new business to achieve revenue goals

* Maintain knowledge and understanding

* All other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent may assist with directing, coordinating, and evaluating designated units or certain personnel in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; providing pay change recommendations; disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor (4-year college) degree

3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
