Position: Analyst, National Accounts

The National Accounts Analyst will work with the National Sales Managers on Contracting initiative to Swarm the market to increase commercial sales related to National Accounts. The position will be engaged with the end to end process from Bid Identification to Bid submission to bid execution. The scope can be of wide nature such as preparation and submission of bids, management of contractual issues, research, analysis, development, etc.

The National Accounts Analyst will support the continued growth of National Accounts sales in the North America, by managing designated projects related to the Initiative process and procedures. This role will work to support, build, and maintain profitable National Account sales business, customer relationships and contract management.

The National Accounts will help facilitate Bid Identification and Qualification, Bid Submission, and Bid Execution by working directly with a cross-functional team across three regions to include the necessary components for business growth which includes Lead generation, working with Regional SMEs, Supply, and Commercial Execution Leads. .

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

* Three to five years of prior related experience preferred

* Prior experience organizing, managing and executing project management (experience with project management tools, or software, is preferred)

* Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and strong relationship building skills

* Ability to work and build relationships across departments

* Prior exposure to varied customer procedures and requirements

* Exposure to research, ordering systems, pricing mechanisms, and related documents (ability to understand and drive a complex tender process)

* Ability to adapt to rapid changes in a positive manner and work to tight deadlines

* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project preferred

* Experience with tender / sales processes in preparing proposals for sales to National Accounts is preferred
