Compensation: $13.00 to $14.00 per hour

Our client is looking for a temporary Office Clerk to support an open-ended assignment. This position will help maintain the client's database, fulfil client record requests, and complete special projects as needed. Job Duties: -Answering the phone, customer satisfaction, coping and mail. -Runs high volume copy machines and performs binding and finishing work. -Ensures convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections. -Clears paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems. -Answers customer questions regarding status or feasibility of job requests. -Ensures upkeep of convenience copier areas by keeping neat and well stocked. Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
- proficient in Microsoft Word - know how to use a fax/copy machine - know how to use a postage meter - excellent communication skills - excellent customer service skills - high school diploma or GED - 1-2 years of related work experience
