Our Leasing Consultants spend their days warmly greeting prospective residents, determining their needs and preferences, professionally presenting our community, and accurately completing all lease applications.
- Possess excellent customer service, communication, and follow-up skills

- Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and be self-motivated
- Possess strong time-management and organizational skills
- Solid and consistent work history with excellent references
- Thrive in a team-oriented, fast pasted environment
- Previous multi-family apartment leasing, customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Section 42/LIHTC experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Yardi experience preferred
- Drug and background testing required
Base Pay $15-$17 hourly plus bonus potential
