People Analytics Analyst

Builds tools to improve process efficiency, measure program effectiveness and provide insights and predictive capabilities to the business.


Analysis Work

* Delivers on People Analytics research agenda and business critical projects, leverages deep understanding of a subject area and provides business insight and interpret findings

* Works closely with the HRBPs and reporting analysts to create workforce models that can provide insights to critical HR issues and challenges

* Perform qualitative and quantitative data analyses, including the development of data models and regression testing

* Identify issues, form hypotheses and synthesize conclusions into recommendations

* Lead and conduct evaluation projects, reporting and analysis to understand effectiveness of new initiatives

* Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives for leaders to take action on those finding

Other Work (Projects , Education, Data Governance)

* Utilize project management skills to facilitate projects. May serve as a project manager or project work stream lead on projects, initiatives, or studies. Produce clear, concise reports and/or presentations to communicate status, risks, and key updates

* Collaborate with subject matter experts to promote data standards, quality, and governance to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight

* Provide guidance, training and subject matter expertise to teams and employees in asking appropriate questions, selecting the right metrics, interpreting the data and translating into actionable recommendations



* 2+ years demonstrated experience with developing and using analytics and reporting

* Bachelor's Degree in I/O Psychology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Resources, Business, or related field

* Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel

* Excellent analytical and technical skills with a high attention to detail; demonstrated strength in problem-solving and multitasking

* Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Visier, etc)

* Proven ability communicate complex technical ideas and theories, in an informative and persuasive manner, to a non-technical audience


* Knowledge of HRIS and supporting systems, and experience with analytics tools such as R, SPSS, Python

* SQL experience and an understanding of database design principles
