Location: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our COMMUNITY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL facility.
- 1.0 FTE is Full-Time, any position less than 1.0 FTE is Part-Time, and .001 FTE is Optional Part-Time*
- Positions with an “FTE“ (full time equivalency) of .875 - 1.0 are eligible for full-time medical, dental and vision benefits. Positions with an “FTE“ of .5 - .874 are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical, dental and vision benefits*
Shift: Shift 4
Performs all duties related to the production of hot and cold food items for hospital patients, staff and visitors, special functions, and baking. Monitor the quality of items produced, closely working with hot and cold food production to deliver the highest standards of product to our customers daily. Follows standardized recipes and production sheets, and assures that food is produced in accordance to established sanitation and food safety standards. Maintains quality standards in cooking methods, procedures and therapeutic restrictions for all diets, presentation and portion control. Other duties as assigned.
Two or more years in food services with food production work is required. Line cook experience with hot food preparation is preferred. High School diploma or equivalent is required. Certificate or degree in culinary arts or related field is preferred.
ServSafe certification is preferred.
