Growth Strategy Associate

Supporting the Business Analytics & Strategic Project Management team for the Technology Group, you will be a crucial team member driving strategic business recommendations for technology research and development.

Required Skills & Experience

* Market Intelligence & Market Requirements Development – Apply a deep understanding of Katerra's business model and strategic objectives to market and opportunity identification analyses. Collect and analyze market, technology, and operational data to identify and recommend high impact opportunities for technology & product development.

* Strategic Project Management – Work with technology departments and project leads to develop strategic business objectives that align with Katerra's business strategy. Support development of budgets, project plans, and product launch / go-to-market plans. Regularly track progress against objectives and actively recommend opportunities to optimize for highest business impact. Report to executive teams on project progress towards strategic objectives.

* Partnership & M&A – Support development of partnership/M&A engagement models, business objectives, and financial analyses. Support partnership relationship management activities to drive identification and progress towards targeted business outcomes.
