Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Performvarious inventory control duties including but not limited to cycle counting,variance reconciliation, product hold disposition, and expired producttransactions as required. Providevarious cycle count and inventory reports to DC management on a monthly or asrequired basis.


* Ensure that all cycle count variances arereconciled within 30 business days of discovery

* Maintain daily, weekly, monthly cycle countpaperwork as required

* Nonconforming Productinvestigation and disposition:

* Communicate with BU on Qualityissues discovered at DC, as applicable; product disposition, temperature orhumidity excursions

* Assist BU with investigationsrelated to nonconforming product (providing details, pictures, etc. at requestof BU)

* Responsible for communicating andcoordinating scrap pickup, including completion, documentation and storage ofrecords required for destruction

* Forward Certificates ofDestruction to BU, as applicable

* Partnering with 3PL personnel toensure that they are following process for nonconforming product consistentlyand in a timely manner (identifying damages, segregating, documentation)

* Perform scrap transactions in MDTERP system, authorize scrap transactions in 3PL WMS

* Complete expiredproduct transactions, as required

* Identify and transfershort dated product to designated locations, as required

* Performproduct hold disposition as directed by Distribution Quality

* Performproduct trace processes, as required

* Provideinventory related reporting to DC management, as requested

* Resolve issues withshipping errors, as requested

* Otherduties as assigned

Must Have - Minimum Requirements/Basic Qualifications:


Education Required

* High School Diploma

Years of Experience

* 2+ years' experience, preferably in a distribution/manufacturing environmenmt

Specialized Knowledge or Skills Required

* SAP or JDE E1transactional experience

* MS Office experience

Nice to Have/Desired/Preferred

* High level ofaccuracy and attention to detail

* Excellentwritten, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

* Ability towork effectively and build relationships with other departments and management

* Discretionwith confidential or sensitive information

* Aility towork independently

* Ability towork in a fast-paced environment

* Must beflexible and adaptable
