Plan, coordinate, integrate, track and support projects and programs. Plan, organize, direct and control the research development and delivery of learning and performance management programs for exempt/non-exempt employees worldwide. Assess financial effectiveness of projects and programs to determine the feasibility and benefits of implementation, which also may include developing performance indicators. Administers and assigns resources associated with the quality philosophy direction.

Must demonstrate the necessary skills to manage multiple global cross-operating company initiatives at the same time. Show competency and knowledge of recent technologies and methodologies as it pertains to delivering learning and development.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or behavior sciences or other direct directly related disciplines. Five (5) years exempt experience in course curriculum design, business planning, and/or project management. Experience in technical and business aspects of multimedia and e-learning environment. Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs, develop and present project proposals, and implement projects. Strong management, human relations, program management and communication skills. Travel required at times.
