The Commercial People Coordinator is a temporary role on the People team that will have an emphasis on assisting with administrative onboarding and/or recruiting duties. This person should have a strong desire to provide outstanding service to candidates and new employees and have a strong eye for detail and organization.

This role is a Temporary role based in Memphis, TN

Outcomes:

Onboarding Outcomes:

* Enters new hires into electronic onboarding system

* Sends welcome email to new hire to begin the onboarding experience and provides new hires with important details leading up to his/her first day

* Submits requests to Technology department for all equipment and system access for new hires

* Schedules drug screens for appropriate new hires and follows up to ensure successful completion prior to first day

* Submits request for rental or company vehicles to designated vendor and submits quotes to Finance department for approval, when necessary

* New hire's workstation is cleaned and set up prior to their first day

* New hire packets are prepared and mailed out to ensure new hires have them on hand by their first day

* Schedules one on one meetings between new hires and key stakeholders in preparation for his/her first day

* Assist in new hire process by creating personnel file, ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed and incorporated into personnel file

Recruiting Outcomes:

* Prepare documents for interviews including batch interview days – printing resumes, schedules, agendas, job descriptions, etc.

* Prepare interview schedules for candidates and interviewers, including batch interview days

* Prepare documents for pre-meetings and debriefs

* Liaison for confirming venue/food/etc for batch interview days

* Enter candidates into software system for reference checks

* Assist with scheduling phone screens

* Assist with logistics on day of interviews

Experience:

* Minimum 1 year experience working in HR or similar field, preferred

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred

* Memphis-based
