Under minimal supervision proactively identifies, develops, and implements solutions to systemic and recurring service issues. Uses expertise to solve complex service issues which may include providing international shipping consultation services, and data analysis of a customer's supply chain. Leads special projects that directly impacts a customer's service and the development of quantified value that benefits both the customer and FedEx. Analyzes and presents data of opportunities to generate incremental business through current and new customers.

Domicile: All Major Markets will be considered.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/equivalency required. Four years work experience in external customer problem resolution. Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications. Good interpersonal skills.
