Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Configuration Analyst 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, Florida.

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Infrastructure Integrated Product Team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to facilitating the preparation of system documentation, verifying the system components and the configuration of information systems for a closed network that transcends multiple suppliers and locations. Assist computer security with identifying the necessary artifacts from IPTs and or Suppliers for multiple caveats. Coordination and prioritization of IT services (with ES) required by security requirements to meet specific milestones / goals as defined by the IPT. As needed, the position will be required to assist computer security with audits including Supplier / Off-site interaction.

Basic Requirements

* Bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience in configuration analysis OR Master's degree and 1 years' experience in Information configuration analysis.

* In lieu of a bachelor's degree, applicable work experience can be substituted (eight years of experience with a high school diploma and four years with an associate's degree). Experience/skills for this position include:

* Active DoD Secret Security Clearance and the ability to maintain it

Preferred Requirements

* Project Management Professional Certification.
