A large company in McLean, VA is Hiring a TEMPORARY Recruiter for an Immediate Start! The purpose of the Temporary Recruiter is to recruit quality applicants for roles that are a best fit to meet the needs of the hiring managers. The Temporary Recruiter position includes the following: Full cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling coordination, generating offer letters, and onboarding for all levels of work within company Establishes, cultivates, and maintains ongoing relationships with managers to understand current and future recruitment needs. Develops a pool of candidates for current requisitions and in anticipation of future needs. Provides regular follow-up and feedback to hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness and full engagement during the recruiting process. Provides a high level of quality customer service to establish a positive candidate experience to all persons who apply for a job Supports the development of a strong credit employment brand, which includes attending in-person and virtual networking events; maintaining a detail oriented LinkedIn profile and creating a positive candidate experience. Researches and recommends sources for active and passive candidates. Writes dynamic advertisements for external recruiting to attract quality talent. Requirements of the Temporary Recruiter: ~5 ? 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience ~Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Access, Google Apps, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms ~Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment ~General office duties (fax, file, copy, etc.) ~Previous experience with HRIS, performance management solutions, and applicant tracking systems ~Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies ~Ability to maintain confidential information in compliance with HR and company policies ~Strong attention to detail, highly organized and process-driven ~Comfortable receiving direction/filtering requests from multiple people and understanding how to prioritize/set expectations ~Excellent written and verbal communication skills ~Interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency
