Proposal Compliance Specialist, Senior

Key Role:

Manage compliance activities for the development and revision of major proposals. Conduct and oversee compliance audits and validate incorporation of feedback. Apply expertise in contributing to the development of proposal strategies and proposal content to achieve goals in creative and effective ways, including resolving significant and unique issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Create formal networks involving coordination among groups. Act independently to analyze methods and procedures to optimally address proposal requirements and exercise independent judgment in methods and techniques, including evaluating criteria for obtaining results.

Basic Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience with federal proposal development, including technical, staffing, management, past performance, resumes, pricing, or other major proposal volumes

* 3+ years of experience with federal proposal volume leadership involving leading teams through full life cycle proposals comprised of multiple volumes, including sample task orders and complex cost requirements, such as Basis of Estimates (BOEs)

* Experience with leading and coordinating diverse teams from various organizational levels from prime, subcontractor, and consultant businesses

* Experience in working closely with business area operations, business development leads, and pricing leads to ensure the alignment of technical, management, and cost and price strategies

* Experience with defined business development processes, including phases and gates

* AA or AS degree and 10 years of experience with proposals or BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

* Experience with proposal compliance audits

* Experience with delivering project solutions to federal clients

* Ability to build, modify, and communicate WBS activities through cost and staffing models and standardizing processes to increase efficiencies in developing, including documenting staffing model solutions

* Ability to plan and coordinate proposal resources, including people, budget, and schedule, and communicate status regularly to the firm's leadership

* Ability to produce schedules, templates, and other proposal documentation using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

* Ability to serve as a team leader to coordinate numerous major proposal efforts at the same time and provide leadership to junior employees, including supervising the activities of others
