Administrative Specialist - Customer Care Center

This position is located at the Customer Care Center (CCC) at 2500 Patrick Henry Pkwy, McDonough, Georgia with the potential of providing support at the Georgia Power Headquarters in Atlanta.

Job Description :

This position will provide administrative support for timekeeping, expense reporting, and handling of all administrative needs for the CCC organization. This position is responsible for supporting employees and the management for this organization.

Job Requirements:

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

* Provide customer service, internally and externally via PBX Switchboard and face-to-face interactions

* Record keeping, file retention and data entry

* Maintain spreadsheets and databases

* Assist with multiple projects simultaneously to meet stringent deadlines

* Arrange logistics for meetings – scheduling, procure locations, invite attendees, room set-up, etc.

* Ordering and maintaining office and building supplies

* Processing expense reports, invoices, and check requests

* Other duties as needed

Job Experience and Education

* Significant secretarial/administrative experience required

* Proficient with all Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

* Experience with ESTARS/Timekeeping, iExpense, and Oracle preferred

* Associate's degree desired

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

* General knowledge of office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, telephony systems, etc.)

* Strong attention to detail

* Sufficient knowledge of multiple desktop applications including Skype for Business, Avaya, etc.

* Adaptability to fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

* Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills – both written and verbal

* Strong time management and prioritization skills
