Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required

This position doesn’t provide training to obtain a license, so you must have an active license to sell insurance to be hired into this position. Please make sure you have an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license before applying.

As a licensed inbound sales representative or bilingual licensed inbound sales representative working from the comfort of your home, you’ll take calls from potential customers to understand their unique insurance needs– no cold calling! Bring your active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license, and we’ll provide the office equipment and virtual training. Additionally, you’ll have the support of a collaborative, virtual team and ongoing coaching.

Must-have qualifications

  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
  • Two years of post-secondary education or higher; or instead, two years of relevant work experience
  • Must live within the state of Texas and more than 75 miles from Austin, TX

Pay Rate:$17.25 - $19.25 per hour depending on experience, plus:

  • An additional 10-15% when you work evening or weekend hours
  • Additional incentive for an active and valid Property & Casualty license

Training starts: May or June 2021

Permanent schedule: Choose from 3 schedule options, all include a weekend day

Work from home office requirements

  • Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
  • Remote office internet connection via DSL or Cable Modem with minimum speed of 10mbps down and 1mbps up
  • Computer that is provided to you must be physically connected to the router or modem by a cable (no wireless connection)
  • All Progressive hardware you receive needs to be connected to a surge protector
  • High-speed internet access at the employee’s expense unless otherwise required by law
