Responsible for coordinating and consolidating various impact analyses for management reporting.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

* Establishes, improves, and optimizes the processes for broker and chamber reporting.

* Creates and maintains databases to track broker performance.

* Serve as an expert in data analysis, reporting and formulating recommendations.

* Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures.

* Consolidates and prepares executive summary reports for top management decision-making as it pertains to broker compensation and performance.

* Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs specific to the broker distribution channel.

* May collaborate with businesses and technical areas to implement new or enhanced programs.

* Requires strong knowledge of our internal business models and data systems.

* Interacts with other internal departments and brokers.

* Works independently.

* Draws up a plan to address issues/concerns.

* Works side by side with their manager.

* Requires a BS/BA degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration or related field;

* 8+ years of relevant experience;

* Or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

* Experience providing leadership in evaluating financial performance of complex organizations.

* Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and statistical software including SQL required.

* Ability to manipulate large sets of data.

* Excellent leadership, problem solving, organizational, planning, presentation and interpersonal skills.

* This job is focused on identifying solutions to business problems and needs.

* Ideal candidate is very knowledgeable across products, more customer facing in recommending solutions, expert in data analysis, and extremely independent.
