* Summary of job contents

Monitor customer complaints to develop trends and continually improve processes to reduce errors.

Monitor and maintain compliance of ISO, OSHA and Corporate standards and policies.

Monitor and analyze logistic processes and determine areas of opportunity to improve efficiencies, quality, effectiveness and optimize customer service.

* Monitor and process customer complaints using the ICM+ database

* Maintain the Logistical PPM rate to the target KPI goal

* Assist in quality initiatives and activities that support defect reduction

* Aggregate and analyze customer complaints based on various categories to seek trends in errors

* Find root causes for common issues based on analysis findings

* Assist in creating procedures and work instructions

* Assist in the develop and implementation corrective actions for both internal and external customers, based on root cause to reduce defect occurrences

* Assist in developing and facilitate internal audits on key processes

* Assist in training of personnel in all aspects of continuous improvements

* Communicate ICM data to Management, Leads and Warehouse Employees and during monthly meetings

* Listening to the voice of the customer to meet their requirements

* Assist in implementing and auditing employees on ISO 9001 & 14001 standards

* Keeping up to date with corporate policies and procedures and implementing as needed within the warehouse

* Assist in creating, reviewing and updating departmental procedures and work instructions

* Training new employees during orientation period as prescribed by logistics Management and HR

* Qualify new employees on their respective job functions for satisfactory performance

* Knowledge of OSHA standards including Hazardous Communication, Lock Out-Tag Out and PIT operation

* Assist in training and implementing OSHA PIT safety requirements

* Assists in coordinating, implementation of 5s practices

* Coordinate annual cycle counts based on the required end date

* Report and analyze cycle count discrepancies and other relevant data

* Work closely with the Quality Department with issues and improvements

* Work closely with the Regional Contact Center and the Sales Support Group with customers

* Familiar with the use of lean methodologies

* Other duties as assigned by management

Experience and Skills:

* 4 – 7 years experience operations (warehouse, customer service, manufacturing, quality)

* Proficient in SAP use

* Proficient in Witron ASRS warehouse management system

* Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer programs

* Good communication and collaboration skills to build interdepartmental and customer relationships

* Familiar with the use of lean methodologies

* Business improvement project experience, cross-functional coordination experience
