Mountain View Rehabilitation and Care Center has an opening for a full time Staff Development Coordinator!

As Staff Development Coordinator/RN, your primary role is to plan, organize, develop, and direct all in-service educational programs throughout the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.

Compassion, professionalism, and strong communication and organizational skills
Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, etc.
Must possess skills in leadership and communication.
Must possess creativity, integrity, and initiative.
A minimum of 3 year(s) of experience in a skilled nursing/ long-term care facility.
Certified in Staff Development, preferred.
Experience with RAI process and MDS certification preferred.
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington.
