We are recruiting for the following position(s):

Position Summary:

Full-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) available for our Managed Care Department located in Marysville. In this position you will be assisting patients to access & establish medical care, and other related services. Under the direction of the Managed Care Department Head, will pro-actively contact customers, assist in scheduling their initial appointment, answer questions regarding online application processes, and provide linkage to various services and programs. The qualified applicant must have strong multi-tasking skills and exceptional customer service experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to operate with a high level of professionalism. In addition must demonstrate strong time-management, organizational skills and be detail oriented. The CSR is expected to have a strong work ethic, exercise good judgment, maintain strict confidentiality, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The CSR must also be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet established goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Experience in social services, healthcare, case management or patient accounts is a plus
  • Computer skills are a must with emphasis on MS Excel and Word
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish both written and orally
  • Must be able to work schedule between 11 am to 8 pm on Saturdays
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
