Carousel Operator

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate the carousel in a safe manner

Run a cash register and have adequate math skills. Able to balance cash receipts against daily reports.

Be sure reports and tallies are completed accurately at the end of each shift

Keep the brass polished and the carousel clean

Be familiar with the mall and be able to answer questions and give directions

Must keep leadership informed of any safety or mechanical concerns

Monitor, keep organized and restock the food court table tents

Able to work evenings and weekends

EDUCATION

Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent

Years of relevant experience

1-2 years of customer service experience

Skills and Knowledge

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Must have a professional yet personable demeanor

Must be able to work effectively with limited supervision

Physical work requirements and work conditions

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

Ability to spend much of the day on his/her feet
