Description:The specific facility maintenance concentration for this position is Mechanical and Electrical Operations.
Assignments are received in task-oriented terms. Provides direction to primarily hourly/non-exempt subordinates using established policies and precedents. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall quality and efficiency. Administers and executes policies and procedures that typically affect individual subordinate employees.
Ensures that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans.
Accomplishes tasks mainly through direct supervision of non-exempt, hourly employees, and vendors / subcontractors. Meets the minimum requirements of executive exemption under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Appropriate degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education.
MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Maintenance Supervisory experience in an Industrial Plant setting.
Ability to lead effectively in a challenging environment with all levels of personnel, including internal and external customers.
Technical skills and knowledge of critical equipment maintenance that support the product and infrastructure systems.
Familiar with federal and state maintenance regulatory requirements to perform specific maintenance of tasks.
Must be a US citizen
Facility Maintenance Supervisor experience specifically in Mechanical and Electrical Operations.
Minimum of 3 years Maintenance Supervisory experience in an Industrial Plant setting.
