HabilitativeServices Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to support people withdisabilities and the team as a DSP with Administrative duties in Mankato,Minnesota.

Jointhe HSI team as a Direct SupportProfessional with Administrative Duties (DSP) in Mankato. You will workwith people in the community and support the team. This role will buildyour leadership skills, all while supporting a team to help the people you workfor have their best life.

HSIprovides residential services with supports tailored to the needs of eachperson based upon what is important to the person and for the person. Your role will be to facilitate community involvement and activities. This rolesupports the team, and Program Supervisor by working directly with people, andteam members to assure quality services are delivered while supporting theleader. A DSP with Administrative duties helps service with processingnecessary documents, scheduling, medical appointments, team training, andcommunication for success of all.

* Valid driver's license in good standing

* Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
