Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Possession of a valid Education Specialist Instruction credential in Mild/Moderate Disabilities with an English Learner Authorization issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing is required. Must be Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA)/ No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB) compliant.(Incomplete applications will not be considered.)
