As a Wireless Retail Store Manageryou'll be responsible for sales and assisting the district manager. The primary responsibility is to increase revenue in the retail location by achieving monthly sales quotas and financial metrics. We're looking for someone with serious ambition, who has what it takes to close sales, beat quotas and lead their retail sales team to success. We are also interested in a candidate that has aspirations to progress their management career within a rapidly growing company. At least 1-year retail sales management experience is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales by building a strong, influential, collaborative relationship to consumers and professional customers of wireless-based solutions
  • Assist the district manager to ensure store is merchandising compliant and audit ready
  • Building a base of loyal customers who return to the store for service, support, and future purchases of products, services, and accessories
  • Ensure location is meeting its minimum performance metrics
  • Remaining well-versed and educated on products and services in a rapidly changing environment
  • Maintaining merchandising and store cleanliness
  • Give regular feedback to district management on areas that need improvement
  • Other duties, as assigned

Essentials:

  • Retail managerial sales experience
  • Extraordinary customer service commitment
  • Proven, highly successful sales track record through solution-based selling *Strong sales characteristics and skills, including presentation skills, qualifying skills, fundamental technical knowledge, overcoming objections and closing
  • Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal -- including formal presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work retail hours, incl. weekends and holidays
  • Ability to attend off site training's
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Highly motivated to achieve
  • High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust

Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
