Switchboard and Customer Service Associate

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for operation of the Hospital Communication Systems located at the Switchboards which includes but not limited to; #the switchboard console, paging system and hospital 2-way radio system.# Responsible for monitoring and responding appropriately to system and environmental alarms located at the Switchboards.# Responsible for greeting patients and visitors at the Information Desks.
