Description:Technical services in support of the AN/BQQ-10 program, subsystems and adjacent systems.

These services shall include as a minimum the following Lockheed Martin/Fleet/NAVSEA tasking: Manufacturing, production and integration support, troubleshooting expertise (including fiber optic and system networking support), maintenance, training, system software/ hardware support, and system installation actions. Applicant must be able to hold a DOD Secret Clearance. Employee will work out of the Manassas Virginia LM Facility where employee will serve as the Field Support Technical Lead for the Acoustic Rapids Cots Insertion (ARCI) program. Employee will need to be able to recommend and advise the program office on all matters in regards to the ARCI fielded product. Employee will be expected to coordinate and integrate all related actions among multiple organizations and departments, provide detailed planning and support of required deliverables, work with customers on fleet and installation concerns, and mentor/lead subordinates in the completion of all related tasking. In addition, employee will assist with the integration of Q70/TIH functions with the ARCI customer support and installation team. Periodic travel will be required to conduct fleet technical assists and installation support of Manassas Undersea Systems Products.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with US Navy Submarine Sonar Systems (AN/BQQ-10) and/or related combat control systems. This could include Technical Insertion hardware for Command and Control, SONAR, Imaging, Combat Control and other Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical System products.

Desired Skills:

The ability to work independently with little supervision. Ability to proactively coordinate numerous priorities in a very fast paced environment. Candidate familiarization with a wide variety of display and processor capabilities for Naval tactical and C4I applications utilizing ARCI, ISIS, ICP, and Q70/TIH is a plus. Ability to manage, work with and lead others. Candidates should have excellent communication and writing skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Prior LM related experience or USN submarine experience in an electronics field is desired.

Familiarization with LM Enterprise Product Data Management (EPDM) systems desired.
