Specific Responsibilities Include:

* Continually evaluate the external market place for both compensation and benefits (C&B) competitiveness ensuring strong programs which will attract and retain employees at all levels.

* Develop and modify the C&B strategy globally for all levels and locations within the company. Provide ongoing recommendations to the leadership team regarding C&B philosophy and competitiveness.

* Lead the planning of global compensation programs working closely with regional resources to ensure appropriate regional/local design, global consistency, competitiveness, governance, compliance, and best practices.

* Working with the CEO, CHRO and appropriate committees, review and secure leadership and Board approval of new programs and budgets relating to new and existing programs.

* Advise all levels of management and human resources on specific compensation matters and solutions. Partner with HR business partners, business leaders and the employee communications team to provide thoughtful, end-to-end, timely and comprehensive communications material and collateral.

* Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and peer companies to maintain an on-going awareness of competitive practices.

* Establish and implement rigorous processes for all aspects of C&B administration and compliance including benchmarking of practices, metrics, and design.

* Recruit, hire, train and develop compensation and benefits team members. Train global human resources team on C&B programs and practices.

* Play a key leadership role within the human resources organization in developing new or revised programs and people strategies collaboratively with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and HR Operations / HRIS COEs.

* Drive complex decisions in a highly matrixed global organization in a collaborative manner.

* Recommend and assist in the implementation of HR system modifications and solutions to better support the business. Work closely with HRIS team to implement and improve staffing systems and tools which will provide maximum automation and process efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

* B.S. Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field

* MBA preferred

* Minimum 10 years of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) leadership experience

* Minimum 15 years hands on C&B experience in a global company

* Experience in developing and implementing new C&B programs processes for a multi-national company

Experience in working directly with or on BOD compensation committee(s) for either a public or private company)

* Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal.

* Outstanding analytical and systems skills

* Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.

* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments.
