Senior Service Representative - Payoff Loan Processing

Responsibilities of the Senior Service Representative include:

* Process paid documents in accordance with financial institutions/customer's guidelines.

* Release collateral by preparing state-specific documentation for vehicle liens, UCC's, real estate and possessory collateral. Process releases in all 50 states.

* Forward collateral releases and paid notices to appropriate parties.

* Work with online release recording system.

* Respond in a professional and timely manner to phone calls from customers, title companies, vehicle dealerships, other financial institutions, etc., regarding paid loans and collateral releases.

* Perform research to satisfy customer or third party requests and follow up on incomplete releases.

* Research inquiries from Insurance Companies regarding Total Loss Claims. Prepare Letters of Guaranty.

* Review authorization to close Home Equity Lines of Credit.

* Follow up on return mail items from county recording offices.

* Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge:

* High school diploma or GED required

* Associates degree or undergrad degree preferred

Skills:

* Strong typing skills required

* Good PC proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

* Strong team player with a willingness to help others

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills

* Good investigation skills

* Good prioritization skills

* Good organizational skills

* Good written and oral communication skills

* Strong customer service skills and relationship management skills

* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
