Operations Program Associate

This position performs complex administrative duties in support of the Division of Legal Services and Compliance. This position is responsible for the initial analysis and processing of complaints for health and business professions. This position also independently evaluates and reviews incoming complaints; administers and monitors the complaint screening process; processes the opening and closing of cases following screening; and performs additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

This position performs with substantial independence in decision making and task scheduling. Under demanding time constraints, this position is also required to produce accurate documents, and maintain precise records for the complaint tracking system.

A minimally qualified applicant will have:

Experience utilizing databases to perform tasks such as entering and retrieving data.

Experience and/or training utilizing computer programs such as Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, Word, or comparable.

Experience utilizing Adobe programs or comparable.

In addition to the above, a well-qualified applicant will have:

Experience scheduling and organizing meetings (e.g. sending electronic invitations, setting up teleconferences, preparing agenda materials and/or meeting notices, etc.).

Experience and/or training utilizing SharePoint or a comparable program.

Experience analyzing, reviewing, and/or processing consumer complaints.

Experience utilizing Adobe Acrobat Pro (to perform tasks such as combining documents, bookmarking, text recognition, password-protection, etc.) or a comparable program.
