Administrative Assistant - Front Desk

Ajilon is assisting our client in the Madison, New Jersey area in their search for a Front Desk Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be very client focused and be dedication to 100% client satisfaction. The role will manage inventory and office supplies, facilities, and overall administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and route calls
  • Schedule conference calls
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail
  • Run office related errands
  • Coordinate attorney schedules
  • Maintain conference rooms, kitchen, and break area
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings
