JOB SUMMARY: This is a Revenue Specialist II position in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program in the Madison Service Site. The incumbent will provide quality customer service and safeguard confidential information. Access and update information in the Child Support system. Initiate and respond to requests, coordinate with internal and external partners, research and resolve case issues and gather information. Interview customers face to face and/or over the telephone. Interact with customers, legal services providers, other states, employers and other business partners. Make decisions based on case information and documentation provided.



High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience processing information using a computer system.

Two years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions*

Two years of experience communicating with customers for gathering information*


A college education from an accredited institution can substitute at the rate of 30 semester or 45 quarter hours for each year of the required experience*

This position is in Madison, FL.

This position has a standard workday of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.

This position may require you to work outside your regular work schedule, should there be a business need to do so.
