We are recruiting for the following position(s):

Sea Mar Behavioral Health is seeking a full time program manager for their intensive outpatient WISE (Wraparound) program serving children and families in Snohomish County. This position is based out of the Lynnwood office. The primarily community and home based Child and Family program provides individual and family counseling, assessment and diagnosis, case management, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment planning for transitional age youth. In addition, they will work closely with their team to coordinate care and provide referrals and coordination with medication providers, primary physicians, schools, and other community agencies. Must have the ability to accurately diagnose mental health issues and develop treatment plans based upon diagnoses. Some rotating on-call after hours work is required for the 24/7 program. WISE and other continuing education training is provided for this program.


  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work which includes course-work in psychological diagnostics.
  • Must meet WAC requirements for a Mental Health Professional.
  • Computer efficiency preferred.
  • Experience with wraparound intensive services preferred.
  • Experience working with children and families preferred.
  • English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

Salary: $65K+ DOE. Position is eligible for current retention bonus.
