Analyst Managed Care - Provider Payor Relations Lbk

Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies. Major/Essential Functions

* Utilization and revenue impact analysis for proposed payment changes.

* Initial review of proposed managed care contract language.

* Contract routing and tracking in accordance to TTUHSC contracting policies and procedures.

* Managed Care contact review schedule, maintenance and recommendations.

* Maintain current fee schedules, in coordination with Business Office Analytics team, for GE Centricity Payor Contract Module.

* Monitor ETM payment variance reports for under/over payments from payors.

Occasional Duties Other duties as assigned by Managing Director. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in job related field plus one year of related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years. Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical billing, medical a/r follow-up or managed care contracting
