Summary

Provides distributive pharmacy services, assistance and support for the registered pharmacist.

This position is an overnight shift - 7 days on 7 off - 70 hours per pay period (.88 FTE)

Job duties

* Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems.

* Fills medication carts on a daily basis.

* Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department.

* Repackages bulk medications.

Requirements

* High School diploma or GED.

* Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and state licensure if required by law.

Preferred Requirements

* 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician
