Assignment Capsule

As a Project Consultant, you will: provide strategic leadership and consultation services for the Provider Payment Integrity area. You will complete analyses and prepare disclosure materials while interacting and building partnerships with Humana's code editing, communications, and information technology teams and with external vendors.

Work on various projects with providers and Humana market offices

Present findings of detailed analysis to executive leaders

Act as a liaison between multiple business partners to identify and resolve CMS complaints

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field

* Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical, organizational and time management skills

* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization

* Enthusiasm and motivation essential; strong presentation skills (oral and written)

* Experience presenting to leadership

* Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word

* Data analysis or claims data expertise

* Developing and trending reports

* Experience working with cross-functional teams

Role Desirables

Master’s Degree in Business, Finance or related fields

Extensive knowledge of multiple types of Current Procedural Terminology and Healthcare Common Procedure coding systems

Reporting Relationships

You will report to a Manager. This area is under the direction of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
