This is your chance to join a winning team. Motor Coach Industries (MCI), an industry leader in Charter and Luxury Touring Coaches, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The Customer Service Representative at MCI will be successful by responding to incoming customer phone calls and processing orders timely.

Primary Responsibilities

Receive and respond to incoming customer calls

Process customer order requests accurately, timely and in professional manner

Assist customers with determining product routing that meets their delivery needs

Complete all necessary administrative responsibilities including timely update of filing, faxing, updating spreadsheets and logs as necessary

Follow all policies and procedures

Miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned by the customer service supervisor

Educational / Experience Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 2 years customer service or call experience required

Additional Skills / Abilities

Must be able to work flexible schedule between 7am – 8pm Monday through Friday

Typing / Data Entry skills, accuracy essential

Superior customer service and interpersonal skills

Must be computer literate, experience in AS400 systems preferred

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams beneficial
