Immediate opening for an EXPERIENCED / QUALIFIED Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles Adjacent to Eagle Rock & Glendale area.

As the Administrative Assistant you will take on multiple administrative duties along with a heavy project component which will showcase your strong critical thinking, organizational, and project management skills. You will help to streamline operations, promote positive client relationships and provide support to these dedicated executives. You will act as the gatekeeper for the company, as we need someone poised and professional. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and focused candidate with strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail who can keep up with the challenges and operations of a fast-moving company with ever-changing priorities.

Responsibilities: Oversee, coordinate, and guide multiple small and large-scale projects Coordinate program calendars, meetings, and events Plan meetings and events for executives and staff members Act as a liaison between the executive team and staff in all departments Maintain databases and conduct research for industry projects Build relationships and correspond with vendors and outside contacts Assist the team with any additional or last minute projects as requested

Requirements: At least 3-5 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment Previous experience creating excel reports is a highly valued skill Creative problem-solving skills with a proven ability to multitask; strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Warm, personable, and professional demeanor Aptitude for working independently or collaboratively Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
