The Sage Data Quality Coordinator will support the Drug Medical human service area and the VOALA Continuous Quality Improvement initiative as well as funder requirements. The Sage Data Quality Coordinator will oversee processes related to the distribution and administration of the continuous quality improvement procedures as well as ensuring all funder requirements are met related to data collection and entry for all drug medical programs. The Sage Data Quality Coordinator will also guide the data quality reviewers as well as provide technical support to the sage data quality specialists.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee processes related to the distribution and administration of the continuous quality improvement procedures

* Know all SAPC contracts and their requirements

* Keep up to date with all SAPC funder requirements by attending workshops and meetings

* Ensure all data quality reviewers are including mandatory requirements in audits

* Assign data quality reviewers to program audits

* Review all internal program audit reports

* Keep up to date on denied billing and incorporate possible errors in following audits

* Support programs prior to funder audits and ensure all requirements are in place. Review audit results from funders. Make program visits

* Track, resolve, and document continuous quality improvement issues. Support program managers and supporting staff. Contribute to support documents, training's, and other shared resources to prepare programs for continuous quality improvement procedures

* Communicate with funders to assist before, during, or after funder audits

* Meet monthly with Sage data quality specialists to provide technical support

* Assist Lead Data Quality Coordinator where needed

* Contribute to other Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives as needed

Requirements:

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in social science or related field

Experience:

* Minimum 1 year of experience with data or databases

* 1 – 3 years of professional experience in a data driven, quality oriented environment

* Computer skills (including typing, emails, software use), 10-key, Excel

Special Skills Required to Perform this Position:

* Working knowledge of human services and especially drug medical

* Team management skills

* Project Facilitation skills

* Planning and execution skills

* Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple short and long term projects

* Excellent attention to detail

* Strong collaboration and team work skills

* Strong written and verbal communication, set priorities, handle multiple tasks, problem solving, decision making, interpret data, accurate, analytical, organize, read/write; proficient in understanding and communication of the spoken and written English language, meet established deadlines

* Interest in working in a non-profit environment and a belief that collaboration is key to program success.

* Dependable, collaborative, have regular/dependable attendance, be prompt, positive mindset, flexible, organized

Preferred Skills for this Position:

* Working knowledge of effective continuous quality improvement processes

* Working knowledge of Electronic Health Records

* Working knowledge of Sage
