Pierre Fabre USA is now seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for the direction and management of our West Medical Channel sales team for brands EAU THERMALE Avène, and Glytone. This ideal candidate will possess the experience and show the ability to deliver region sales results, build an innovative team culture, and articulate a vision for success. As a regional manager you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships to ensure the overall success of the products.

Essential Functions:

Business Management:

  • Create and execute strategies and plans for growth and success in each territory in region
  • Proactively identify gap closing plans if needed
  • Set expectations, performance goals, and field activity priorities including co-creation of Sales Representative route plans
  • Strategic allocation of region resources to achieve profitable growth and maximize existing and new business opportunities
  • Frequent and proactive communication with Pierre Fabre management team on business results, opportunities, challenges and help needed.

People and Relationship Management:

  • Build and sustain positive and productive team morale to retain and attract top talent
  • Manage territory activities for up to ten Sales Representatives with 70% of time spent in field to support, coach, and train Reps
  • Ensure Sales Representative success by communicating business plan to team, supporting team to achieve plan, and confirming plans are being executed with excellence.
  • Development of sales personnel ensuring that all sales reps have the selling skills competency to deliver sales goals, define training plans as needed, and ensure Reps have completed all company-required HR trainings
  • Performance management as necessary
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships to ensure the overall success of the products and overcome any issues that might arise.
  • Other duties as described by the business


  • Achieve region sales goals
  • Train and motivate staff appropriately to insure sales achievement
  • Follow through with corporate business plan as communicated from Executive Director Sales
  • Develop and execute key sales strategies
  • Management of the promotion of cosmeceutical products to dermatologists, cosmetic doctors, estheticians, plastic surgeons, and other clients in the Region
  • Develop and build relationships and rapport with key physicians and staff in region

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record and cannot have any travel restrictions
  • This position requires significant travel including overnights.
  • Employees who do not qualify for a credit card for any reason will be expected to cover the cost of their travel and submit for reimbursement.
  • Documented record of professional sales and management success
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with staff and diverse customers
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated record of success in sales and management
  • Must have high level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, growing, dynamic organization
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Outstanding time management, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience outside sales experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales
  • Minimum of 2-4 years sales management experience strongly preferred
  • Cosmeceutical/Dermatological sales experience is preferred
  • Proven record of accomplishment with demonstrated ability to manage region successfully

Travel: Willingness to travel (up to 75%) throughout region, to home office, region meetings, national meetings, trade shows, etc.
