HR Manager - Marketing & Sales (West Region)

The National Internal Firm Services (IFS) Human Resources team is responsible for HR processes related to talent development, performance management, total rewards, and compliance requirements across the IFS Line of Service (LoS).

The Functional Internal Firm Services (IFS) Human Capital team executes the strategy for a functional team of IFS staff in areas of sourcing, coaching and development, talent management, performance management, and total rewards and contributes broadly to the implementation of IFS strategy across the Function. Position/Program Requirements Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge of human resources policies and practices, preferably within a professional services environment, including, but not limited to, the following areas related to the internal operations ("IFS") of a global network of professional services firms: - Coaching and development, - Talent management, - Performance management, - Employee relations, and - HR policy interpretation.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates a proven extensive abilities and success within a role involving human resources management, preferably within the internal operations of a network of global professional services firms or comparable financial services firm, which includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: - Accountability for the execution of People Strategy implementation and HR support within assigned IFS functional areas (i.e. Marketing and Sales, Finance, etc), including coaching and development, talent management, performance management, team development and facilitation, and rewards and recognition; - Supervision of up to two other HR Generalists in the execution of their functional HR responsibilities; - Independent decision-making and problem-solving affecting the assigned market team(s); and, - Escalations, consultations, and resolutions of more difficult issues with the HR Generalist Leader. Additional Information Ideally this role will be located in LA, San Francisco, or San Jose. Denver, Dallas, or Houston are also possible locations.
