Data Courier Analyst

The Data Courier Analyst is responsible for the integrity of the Epic electronic health record application build migrating through the development environments and ultimately to production. This is a centralized support function for all CareConnect teams and the team is staffed to support the build that is migrating on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

The Data Courier Analyst is responsible for the integrity of the Epic electronic health record application build migrating through the development environments and ultimately to production. This is a centralized support function for all CareConnect teams and the team is staffed to support the build that is migrating on a weekly basis.

Primary duties will include:

  • Configuring the Data Courier interfaces and managing the migration and troubleshooting of application build across Epic environments
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for use in configuration, maintenance, and upgrade planning
  • Ensuring issues related to CID/UCI synchronization and dependencies are identified and resolved
  • Gathering and summarizing customer feedback to management
  • Evaluating impact of upgrades and patches on current use of Data Courier

Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:

  • B.S. / M.S. in Computer Science, Information Management or healthcare related field highly desired, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Epic certification highly desired
  • 3 years experience working within the Epic space
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Skilled at problem solving and identifying creative solutions to complex problems
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player and work with people of all backgrounds and at all levels
