The Job:

Spin Master is seeking energetic Fan Advocates to work with our Fan Services team in Miramar, FL. We are looking for customer-oriented representatives to act as a liaison by providing product support to our Fans regarding order status, product availability/description, and resolve any emerging questions or problems that our Fans might face. Fan Advocates are responsible for handling merchandise order calls, emails, and chats requiring verbal and written communications.

Ex. As a Retail Operations Manager, you will oversee a dynamic team of Sales & Merchandise Representatives across Canada. Reporting into the Director of Operations, you will coach and mentor the team on new and exciting initiatives and keep things running smoothly. This is a great role for a self-starter with people management experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.

What we can expect from you:

* Influence and guide Global Teams in the development of international social, digital, content and experiential marketing activations

* Responsibilities

* Spearhead development of Brand and fan community engagement plan with the main goals of strengthening and expanding our community

* Work closely with Senior Manager, Marketing, Communications, Shopper, APP and Game development teams to ensure goals and priorities are aligned

* Develop and execute the Community and Social Media Strategy for an exciting new Boys brand

* Create written, visual, and live CMS content to enrich our players and strengthen our community

* Manage communication and content strategy calendar to drive engagement, conversion, and retention. News, Events, tournaments, competitions, quizzes, voting…

* Coordinate international communication and campaigns

* Reach Engagement and Community KPIs through analytics improvement and updates

* Partner closely with Product Team to develop in-product messaging and editorial as well as provide direction on guest experience

* Define, manage, and maintain the editorial voice of the product and community to ensure consistency of communication and experience

* Defines, writes, creates, and posts community content for community App and Web platform and social media channels including editorial, art, and videos

* Manage the localization coordination of text for events and updates

* Understand all Social Channels ( Instagram, Youtube, web, App…) and the role and messaging strategy for each of them

* Manage content and communications for various social channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Twitch, and YouTube

* Liaise with internal Spin Masters partners to define, develop and deliver synergy and brand messages and content

* Coordinate with PR and marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging

* Build strong relationships with Franchise Partners through close collaboration and transparency

* Own the communication with our game community

* Engage and inform our players on customer help

* Communicate upcoming features and updates

* Deliver important feedback from the community feedback to the QA and product teams

* Develop a long-term community support strategy in collaboration with our existing team

Job Requirements

Who's a good fit for this team:

* 3-5 years experience with gaming and creation of competitions, campaigns and community management

* Social Listening experience and understanding of analytics programs

* Familiarity and passion for the toys, games and the animated series spaces

* Basic understanding of video production and editing

* Excellent written communication skills. Writing sample required.

* Very creative. Writing sample of news, competitions and calendar of activities will be required.

* Excellent customer service skills and high level of empathy for our users.

* Social media savvy.

* Ability to execute complex projects with cross-functional teams.

* Ability to consider and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and support suggestions

* Experience in creating fun and engaging campaigns in App or web game products ideal.

* Experience with Photoshop, video editing, HTML/CSS, and working knowledge of DRUPAL are a plus...
