General Summary

The GFEBS PM Coordinator reports to the Project Manager and successfully sets up a GFEBS PM Program on a military installation. The GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead shall be available between 0700 - 1600 hours, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Will have the following roles in GFEBS:

* Real Property Viewer

* A76 master Data Maintainer

* A76 Material Requirement Planning Maintainer

* A76 Plant Maintenance Order Approver

* A76 Plant Maintenance Order maintainer

* A76 Plant Maintenance Reporter

* Goods Receipt Processor

* Responsible for ensuring that periodic preventive maintenance schedules are published and distributed, will ensure that GFEBS is updated once the preventive maintenance is completed

* Schedule and include work center, maintenance plan, equipment number, equipment description, building number, frequency, task list, date called/scheduled, and any additional notes pertinent to the PM (e.g.- date added, new building, etc.)

* Provide the COR in MS Excel, a project PM planning schedule of work to be accomplished in the following week

* Collect the equipment MCD (serial) number, equipment description, work center (shop), building number, frequency basis for that equipment (e.g.- monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.), and maintenance plan and task list

* Possess the advanced ability to work and develop the knowledge repository to support command unique business processes including all GFEBS functional areas.

* Must have expert ability to assist end users in multiple capacities

* Compiles and records production data from such documents as IJOs, work tickets, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets

* Demonstrate problem solving skills, conflict management, and customer service

* Ensures receipt, assessment, and proper close out of completed work orders

* Partners with Facilities Division, System Maintenance Engineers, Planners & Estimators to assure compliance with long and short-range schedules

* Supervises incoming work requirements to assure correct prioritization on completed work

* Monitor work backlog and identify prioritization needs to work schedules and assignments

* Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements

* Associates degree preferred OR equivalent

* Must have documented three (3) years experience in facility operations, preventative maintenance, repair, construction services, and equipment preventive maintenance and repair

* Must have at least one (1) year of experience entering maintenance orders for an installation maintenance contract

* Ability to correctly identify required maintenance, define project requirements, and relay any findings in writing (preferably) and or orally in a way that employee understands requirements

* Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write the English language

Working Conditions

* Works in office areas as well as throughout the facility

* Physical demands include intermittent sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional bending reaching and lifting
