Summary:

The eCommerce Product Manager is responsible for defining, developing and managing a set of capabilities that support the overall eCommerce roadmap. In this individual contributor role, you will have the opportunity to build out digital experiences from the ground up and assist us in maximizing the value of our existing integrated capabilities. You will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams in the pursuit of providing a best in class omni-channel experience for the pet industry. Must be a hands-on, detail-oriented, team player, with strong project management and product owner experience. Must be willing to learn as we grow and share a relentless pursuit of achieving our defined vision and goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Execute eCommerce Product Management methodology.

* Lead an assigned set of integration and/or development efforts including definition and delivery.

* Develop and maintain capability roadmaps that strive to improve performance and customer experience in line with the overall eCommerce roadmap. Develop business case data to influence the pursuit of new initiatives.

* Ensure proper status reporting and project management techniques are in place to meet deadlines, identify risks/issues, develop mitigation plans and communicate project status along with approach recommendations.

* Participate as product owner for assigned sprints and workstreams. Manage the product backlog for assigned areas.

* Seek out and manage voice of customer for assigned capability set. Provide visibility to voice of customer needs that drive high impact and influence prioritization of those initiatives.

* Develop business requirements and gain buy-in to those requirements amongst stakeholders. Experience in writing user stories and use cases is required. Experience leading design resources to ensure design requirements align with business requirements and are aligned to budget.

* Develop test acceptance criteria and test cases. Ability to define test support needs and ensure all requirements are in place and resources are onboarded to support testing. Lead the execution and status reporting of test initiatives.

* Comfortable with project management techniques and can lead team through processes that will effectively manage the scope delivery.

* Collaborative approach to the development of launch components, such as marketing, support procedures and communications to enable successful introduction of new or enhanced capabilities.

* Onboard operations and support teams to new capabilities and requirements to support. Provide 2nd level capability support.

* Ensure proper metric reporting is in place to track success of new capabilities and capability enhancement. Build out scorecards that demonstrate performance of capabilities and initiatives.
