This position will support the warehouse manager and with routine administrative, purchasing, and service related tasks. Additional tasks will be to support special projects or functions for the Inventory Center Manager. The candidate must possess strong verbal and written skills and be adept in communicating with all levels within the company and within the customer's organization. This person conducts recurring routine tasks in a detailed and organized manner that affect cross department and functional success. Must be able to multitask, be a fast learner, and be flexible in all situations.

Duties/Responsibilities of Position:

* Generate reports to support purchasing accuracy, open purchasing orders, and cycle counts

* Generate purchase orders based on cycle counts and projections

* Provide administrative support to purchasing agent

* Daily cycle counts of warehouse inventory

* Act as back up to Purchasing Agent

* Other duties as assigned

Position Specific Competencies/Skills Required:

* Warehouse experience

* Knowledgeable of purchasing, and receiving techniques and programs

* Excellent organization and customer service skills

* Proven ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Able to accurately and proficiently utilize Microsoft Office tools(Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience/Education Required/Desired:

* High School diploma is required. Some college experience a plus.

* Microsoft Office certification is a plus.

* Bi-lingual with fluency in spoken and written Spanish preferred
